Tau (Jonty Braun, M.S.) is the founder and director of the Universal Strength Foundation and Co-Director of Stronger. He believes that the best way he can help Universal Strength achieve its mission - that of protecting the environment, improving global health and enhancing living standards for all - is to travel the globe and spread a message of hope, collaboration, and fortitude. He aims to empower others to live happy, meaningful and balanced lives. Tau is dedicated to discover and teach easy ways to help others. Truly a renaissance man, he is a psychologist, martial artist, entrepreneur, writer and teacher. In 2002 Tau co-founded Shin Wellness, a comprehensive medical wellness center based in Miami. He has worked in many healthcare settings including hospitals, community clinics, maximum security prisons and with peak performance companies. Tau exudes a level of energy, inspiration and motivation that is more than contagious, it is awe inspiring.
